Ingredients: organic usnea, vodka, water
*Supports: calming bacteria, particularly in the urinary or respiratory tract, fungal infections, mold exposure, reducing inflammation, lung congestion, pain relief
Usnea is known for her immune system support, particularly when it comes to the microbiome. She’s incredible for supporting throat, gut, and respiratory health.
Usnea is a lichen, which includes both a fungus and an algae, so it’s important to use heat extraction to activate the polysaccharides. A tincture must utilize both alcohol and water for the highest content of polyphenols and usnic acid; this is why we have a “double extraction,” to ensure the most benefit in each bottle.
