Shipping and Return Policy

We charge a flat rate of $12 when ordering within the United States. We will email you tracking information when your order ships, and delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier. Faster delivery options (overnight, priority, and express) are available at checkout and apply once your order ships.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing info@desertoakapothecary.com. Once your order has shipped, our Return Policy below applies.
Lost or damaged packages:
When a package leaves our office and is left in the hands of the shipping company, the risk of loss passes to you. Where local law keeps the risk of loss with us until delivery, we will follow that law. If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at info@desertoakapothecary.com and we will help you file a claim with the shipping company.
If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of your items and the packaging they came in, and email them to info@desertoakapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery. We will help you file a claim with the shipping company. Any reimbursement depends on the shipping company's decision.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will reship it at your cost.
That being said, we want you to have a wonderful experience when you shop with us. We are happy to help with any shipping or delivery issues. Please reach out to info@desertoakapothecary.com and we can work with you to find a solution.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Australia/New Zealand. However, please message us at: info@desertoakapothecary.com with other requests, and we will do our best to assist you. Please keep in mind that your country may charge additional import fees upon receiving the items, including but not limited to additional customs charges. You are responsible for these fees and for making sure our products can be legally imported into your country. If you live outside the United States, your local consumer laws may give you additional rights.
Return Policy:
If you change your mind or place an order by mistake you may contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and begin the process of returning the item. The item must be unopened (tincture seal not broken or used) and you will be responsible for any mailing costs incurred. Once we receive your return and confirm it is unopened, not broken or tampered with, we will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
The following cannot be returned: opened or used items, digital products such as our guides (all sales of digital products are final), and items for which a return is requested more than 14 days after delivery. This return policy covers change-of-mind returns. If we sent the wrong item or a product is defective, contact us at info@desertoakapothecary.com. This policy does not limit any rights you may have for defective products.
